摘要
通过对融合通信相关技术国内专利申请趋势、主要技术分支国内申请人以及腾讯公司在该业务领域的专利储备情况进行阐述,初步分析当前融合通信业务国内专利分布现状,并从知识产权角度对电信运营商开展融合通信业务给出建议。
In this paper, a preliminary analysis of do-mestic patent application trend of RCS （Rich Commu-nication Suite）, the important applicants of main tech-nology branches and the patents reserves in RCS＆#39;s field of the Tencent Inc. are discussed. From the point of view of the intellectual property rights, the advices for the telecom operators to develop converged com-munication services are given.
