摘要
我国的公务员管理逐步走向法制化、规范化,对提高行政效率,提升公务员素质起到了积极作用。公务员激励机制是公务员制度的重要组成部分,激励机制运用得当能充分激发公务员的主动性、积极性和创造性。逐步完善绩效考核机制、不断健全培训培养体系、逐渐强化负激励机制、稳步提升自我激励意识、应用实践EAP计划,以期提升公务员队伍整体素质,促进政府行政效率的提高和服务意识的增强。
The steps into legalization and standardization have positive effects on enhancing administrative efficiency and personnel quality. As an important part of civil service system, incentive mechanism could stimulate civil servant's initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, when it is used properly. Perfecting the performance evaluation mechanism, enhancing training system and strengthening the negative motivation mechanism and applying EAP plan are expected to enhance overall quality and push the efficiency of government administration and service awareness.
