校企合作背景下人才培养模式研究——以人力资源管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 校企合作办学在实际运行过程中,普遍存在利益各异、形式大于内容、有近无远等突出问题。为妥善处理上述问题,有必要探索建立人力资源管理专业校企合作长效机制,更好地推动高职人力资源管理专业人才培养模式的转变。 Since the traditional HR management major in vocational college has not been able to train students' practical ability, cooperation between college and enterprise is the possible way to solve the problems. However, there are prominent problems existing in the practical process of the cooperation such as focusing on individual interests, paying more attention to form than to content and neglecting long-term strategy. In order to deal with the above-mentioned problems, it is necessary to construct the long-term mechanism of the cooperation for HR management major, pushing the transition of talent training mode in the major at vocational colleges.
