民办高校学生欠费原因的多元探析——以广东某民办高校为例

A Probe into the Causes of Arrearage at Non-government Funded Colleges

学费收入是民办高校办学经费的主要来源,学生欠费人数及金额的上升严重影响民办高校各项工作的正常开展。本文试从国家政策、学校管理、学生情况三个层面分析欠费原因,提出加大国家财政支持力度、完善学校缴费管理制度、对欠费生归类管理等改善措施。

Tuition makes up the major capital source of non-government funded colleges. So the increase of arrearage （whether in the number of students with tuition debts or in the overdue amount） will definitely influence the regular running of these colleges. This paper makes analysis of the causes of arrearage from three perspectives： state policy, school management and students＇ actual situation. Some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem： to increase governmental financial support, to modify the tuition turn-over regulations and to classify students with tuition debts.
