新形势下高校信访工作机制研究

Study on the Working Mechanism of the Petition in Colleges and Universities Under the New Situation

近些年来,随着广大高校师生民主意识的不断增强,其维权意识也在不断提高,信访成为我国高校广大师生维护权利的主要途径。本文主要以高职院校为例,对新形势下我国高校的信访工作机制进行分析和研究,提出提高认识加强监督、完善制度法规建设、重视信访渠道拓展等建议以不断提高新形势下我国高校处理信访工作的能力。

Over the years, with the increasing democratic consciousness of teachers and students in colleges and universities, whose rights awareness is also constantly getting improved. The letters and visits has become the main way for our teachers and students in colleges and universities to defend rights. This paper, mainly taking the higher vocational colleges as an example, analyzes and does research on the mechanism of the letters and visits in our colleges and universities under the new situation, and puts forward to many proposes in order to constantly enhance the ability to handle the letters and visits like improving the understanding, strengthening supervision, completing the construction of laws and regulations, and paying attention to the channel expansion, etc.
