摘要
为了符合市场发展的要求，建筑施工企业需要做好建筑施工管理，但是在当前的建筑施工管理过程中，安全和质量管理方面还存在着一些问题。本文在分析问题的基础上，提出了加强安全和质量管理的具体措施。
In order to meet the requirements of the develop-pment of the market, the construction enterprises need to do a good job in construction management. But in the current pr-ocess of construction management, there are some problems of safety and quality management. This paper, on the basis of the analysis of these problems, put forward specific measures to strengthen the safety and quality management.
