摘要
建筑工程项目是一个复杂的过程，对其进行有效地管理有着重要的意义。升级建筑工程项目管理手段能够对建筑工程起到推动作用。本文就对建筑工程项目集成管理进行了分析。
The construction project is a complicated process, so it has important significance to carry out effective manag-ement of it. The upgrading of management measures can pro-mote the construction engineering project. This paper has carr-ied on the analysis to the project integrated management of co-nstruction.
