Common Problems and Countermeasures of Phase of Project Cost Control

工程造价控制是工程项目管理的核心部分之一，它是建筑产品的总造价，是建筑产品的一个非常重要的经济效益和社会效益的反映。施工项目的成本控制主要分为四个阶段：设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段。本文结合笔者自身的工作经验，对工程造价控制阶段中所存在的问题以及改善工程造价控制的方法进行了分析。

The project cost control is the core part of project management, and it is the total cost of building products, whi-ch is a very important reflection of economic and social bene-fits of building products,. Construction project cost control is mainly divided into four stages： the stage of design, bidding stage, construction stage, completion stage. In this paper, com-bined with the author＇s own work experience, the existing pr-oblems and the cost control method of improvement of phase of the project cost control of the project is analyzed.
