摘要
监理单位是房建工程安全管理中的重要负责单位，发挥监理单位的安全管理职责是保证房建工程安全的重要措施。本文分析了目前房建工程安全管理现状，提出了监理安全管理措施，明确了监理安全管理的要点。
Supervision units are important units which are re-sponsible for the safety management of housing construction project, the function of safety management of supervision units is an important measure to ensure the safety of building eng-ineering. This paper analyzes the current safety management status of engineering supervision in housing construction, puts forward the measures of safety management, and makes cert-ain the supervision points of safety management.
