摘要
水利行业是国家的基础行业，关系到国计民生，在国民经济中占有很大的比重。本文总结了水利工程施工质量管理及控制存在的问题，讨论了影响工程质量的因素，并提出了加强水利工程施工质量管理控制对策。
The water industry is the country＇s basic industries, which is related to the beneficial to the people＇s livelihood and holds a very great proportion in the national economy. This pa-per summarizes the problems existing in construction quality management and control of water conservancy engineering di-scusses the factors influencing the engineering quality, and proposes countermeasures strengthening the quality manage-ment and control of water conservancy project construction.
