摘要
科学地管理能够实现资源的有效利用及合理配置，房地产行业管理也需要进行改进，科学地管理是房地产发展的关键。房地产管理的关键是工程管理，本文就探讨了房地产开发管理中存在的一些难点，并提出了相应的解决措施。
Scientific management can realize the effective ut-ilization of resources and rational allocation. The management of real estate industry also needs to be improved and scientific management is the key to real estate development. The key to real estate management is project management. This paper dis-cussed the main problems in the real estate development and management, and proposed the corresponding solution mea-sures.
