摘要
校企合作是为社会培养高技能人才的重要途径。本文通过校企合作现状调查，提出了校企合作中存在的主要问题是企业职能的缺失。通过分析问题产生的原因，提出了对策，对校企合作具有一定的借鉴意义。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way for training high skil ed talents for the soc-iety. In this paper, through the investigation of the current situ-ation of cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper puts forward that the main problems in school enterprise coo-peration is due to the lack of business functions. Through anal-ysis of the causes of the problem, the author puts forward the countermeasure, which has certain model significance to such cooperation.
