城市居住片区公共空间与城市设计研究--以山水人家所在的城西片区为例

Research on the Design of Public Space and Urban Residential Area-- Taking the West of the City in Which the Shanshui Renjia District as an Example

随着中国经济高速发展，这种由商品房、城中村、经济适用房之间的相互混搭的近郊复合型建设模式成为了中国城市化进程中出现的新模式。本文以山水人家小区为例，提出了这种建设模式下的居住环境存在的问题，并对这些问题提出了协调与解决的方案。

With the rapid China’s economic development, the suburban composite construction mode by mixing commercial housing, the vilage in the city, affordable housing has become the new patern in the urban process of China. This paper takes the landscape distract as an example, presents the living env- ironment under the mode, and propose solutions these pro- blems.
