There are stil some problems in the process of the innovation of engineering construction technology in our cou- ntry. Therefore, if the building enterprises want to enhance the level of their technology innovation, they need to learn from the advantages of foreign technology, and to carry on innov- ation on the basis of the features of their own development, so as to improve the quality of building engineering, and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
