本文首先对建筑施工质量管理与控制进行了概述，然后分析了建筑施工质量的管理的要点，并从要点分析入手，对质量管理策略给出了建议。最后，着重分析了在建筑施工过程中进行质量控制的手段。

This paper firstly summarized the management and control of construction quality, and then analyzed the key po- ints of construction quality management, and put forward suggestions for quality management strategy from the points. Finaly, the author focused on the analysis of the means of quality control in the construction process.
