对通信工程项目实行风险管理，降低风险因素对工程运营的影响，营造优质、稳定的通信环境，可以为运营商创造可观的经济效益。基于此，本文着重分析了通信工程项目风险管理。

The implementation of risk management of comm- unication engineering project can reduce risk factors’ impact on the project operation, create good and stable communic- ation environment, so as to create considerable economic be- nefits for operators. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the risk management of communication engineer- ing project.
