摘要
本文从我国的建筑工程基础入手，分析了造价管理中存在的主要问题，并提出了有效的解决方案，为我国建筑工程造价实施质量的提高带来帮助。
This paper starts from the construction engineering in our country, analyzes the main problems existing in the cost management, and puts forward effective solutions, helping to improve the implement quality of our construction project cost.
