本文从大型工程项目入手，简要介绍了大型工程项目所具有的特点，并结合笔者实际的工作经验，从施工单位角度，对如何做好大型工程项目结算提出了几点建议。

This paper starts from the large engineering project, briefly introducing the characteristics of large engineering pro- ject. And combined with the author＇s practical work experience, from the point of view of construction unit, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to do wel in the setlement of the large engineering project.
