随着我国经济的不断发展，我国的建筑行业在最近十几年内发展十分迅速，而劳务分包正成为当今大多数建筑企业的用工模式。本文从多个方面对建筑企业劳务分包管理进行了研究。

With the continuous development of our economy, the construction industry is developed rapidly in China in the recent years, and the subcontractor is becoming the employ- ment patern of most construction enterprises.
