本文通过研究我国现行招标投标体系中所存在的某些问题，尝试提出了一些见解，希望可以对其进行改革与完善。

In this paper, through the study of some problems on current China＇s bidding system, the author try to put forw- ard some ideas, hoping to carry on the reform and perfection on them.
