体育休闲产业是陕西省新的经济增长点,其持续、健康、稳定发展需要良好的法治环境。当前,陕西省体育休闲产业的发展受制于法治供给不足,这与陕西省地方立法滞后、制度的落实不力以及法治观念的偏失等有一定的关系。从陕西省体育休闲产业市场的立法、行政执法与监督、法律观念等方面进行重新审视,有助于厘清体育休闲产业发展的法治环境中的一系列问题,对陕西省体育休闲市场的科学发展和地方经济的推动具有重要意义。

Sport leisure industry is regarded as a new economic growth point of Shaanxi province, which entails a good legal environment for the sustained, healthy and stable development. At present, the development of Shaanxi sport leisure industry is subject to the insufficient supply of the rule of law, which is caused by the lag of local legislation, the ineffective imple- mentation of the system and the deviation from the concept of rule of law. To re - examine the market legislation of Shaanxi sport leisure industry, the enforcement and supervision of administrative law and the legal concepts will help to clarify a series of problems in the development of sport leisure industry environment for the rule of law, which holds great significance to the scientific development of Shaanxi sport leisure market and the promotion of the local economy.
