摘要
薪酬是职业体育的核心要素。合理、科学的薪酬制度既是联赛顺畅运行的基本保障,也是衡量联赛发展水平的重要标尺。调查显示,中超联赛薪酬问题一直是制约其发展及壮大的瓶颈因素之一。运用文献资料、实证分析等方法,对当前我国中超联赛薪酬制度、分配模式及发放方式等进行深入分析,从激励性、公平性、合法性3个维度对其进行分析,最后归纳出薪酬不合理的主要原因在于:俱乐部缺乏长远规划,轻视青训体系建设;当前中超产业不完善;政府行政干涉过多;约束与激励机制缺失。
Compensation is the core of professional sports. Reasonable and scientific compensation system is the base to safe- guard league's normal running and the important scale to ensure the leagues'development. Now Chinese super league com- pensation has been one of the bottleneck for its development and expansion. Using the methods of literature study and empiri- cal analysis, this paper concludes the main reasons of unreasonable compensation lying in the lack of long - term planning, club despise youth system;The current Chinese super industry is not perfect;The government administrative interference too much;Lack of restraint and incentive mechanism and so on.
