摘要
机载雷达天线座线缆布置已成为天线座设计的重难点,尤其是低温下线缆阻力矩急剧增大等问题,亟需解决。文中通过分析机载雷达天线座布线设计常见方式,并就线缆阻力矩对电机性能的影响进行测试,总结出布线设计存在的主要问题。通过设计新型布线装置改进线缆扭曲,采用新型柔性材料改善低温下线缆变硬问题,对天线座线缆布局进行优化设计,较好地解决了线缆布置设计的常见问题。目前新型设计方法已在多型类似产品上成功运用,取得良好效果,为后续产品设计提供参考。
Cable wiring design has become the key and difficult point of the design of airborne radar antenna pedestal. Especially, problems such as cable resistance torque increasing rapidly at low temperature require prompt solution. The main problems in the cable wiring design are summed up in this paper, through analyzing the usual approaches of cable wiring design of airborne radar antenna pedestal, and testing the influence of cable resistance torque on motor performance. These problems are solved well, through improving cable twist by desig- ning new-style cable wiring device, improving cable stiffening at low temperature by using new flexible materi- als, optimizing the cable layout on antenna pedestal. The design method which has been successfully used on similar products, and achieved good results, provides a reference for following product design.
