摘要
由于大型雷达天线的定位和锁定功能独立,高精度的定位锁定很难实现。为简化机构,提高系统可靠性,设计了一种自动定位插销机构。文中阐述了该机构的结构特点和工作原理。由于锥度作用,插销系统对该天线阵面具有自动调心修正功能,并通过控制延迟时间使锥销每次位置保持一致。经实际标定测试,重复定位精度达到0.01°。该机构不仅具有通用插销机构的所有功能,而且还具有定位锁定功能,其结构简单、合理、紧凑,构思巧妙,解决了大型雷达天线高定位精度和重复定位精度难以实现的问题,具有一定的应用推广价值。
It is difficult to realize high-precision positioning and locking for the large radar antenna because the positioning and locking functions are independent. An automatic positioning latch mechanism is designed to simplify the mechanism and improve the reliability of the system. In this paper the characteristics and opera- tion principle are introduced. The latch has automatic correction function for the antenna because of the taper. Besides, the latch can keep at the same position every time through the delay time control. The actual calibration test shows that the positioning precision is up to 0.01°. This mechanism not only has all functions of the common latch mechanism, but also has the automatic positioning & locking function. The structure of this cleverly designed latch mechanism is simple, reasonable and compact. It can solve the problem of high-preci- sion positioning and repetitive positioning of the large radar antenna.
