摘要
文中论述了某型无人机载雷达的结构设计方案,并具体分析了方案中的关键技术及其实现途径。文中阐述了实现雷达小型化和轻型化的多种技术措施,提出了利用飞行时机箱外壁散热器与空气相对运动产生的强迫对流实现雷达冷却的方案。该技术方案成功解决了无人机载雷达面临的空间、重量资源紧张以及无冷却资源等技术难题,其设计思路和方法可供同类无人机载雷达设计参考和借鉴。
An innovative scheme for the structure design of a UAV radar is presented in this paper. The key technologies and the corresponding implement methods are also discussed in detail. Several solutions in technology to make the radar smaller and lighter are analyzed. The cooling scheme to add radiators on the radar box is put forward. The cooling problem of the radar can be solved because of the forced convection caused by the rela- tive movement between the radiator and air during flight. The scheme can solve the difficult problems (space, weight and cooling resources) in the structure design of the UAV radar successfully. The ideas and methods to solve these key technological problems can be used as reference for structural design of the similar UAV radar.
