Design and Implementation of Substation Equipment Dynamic Capacity-Increase System

摘要 变电站内设备容量逐渐成为限制电网输送能力的瓶颈,该文对变电设备动态增容技术进行了研究,并设计研发了一套变电设备动态增容系统。系统通过采集变压器温度、电流等状态监测参量,依据GB/T 1094.7油浸式电力变压器负载导则和变压器热电路等效模型对变压器的过负载能力进行计算,并利用电流分流算法对过负荷后,变电回路中的断路器、互感器和隔离开关进行过负载能力校核,结合电网运行方式以及风险评估值,对变电设备的运行状态和增容能力进行分析评估。试点应用情况表明,系统计算结果可为调度人员的操作提供科学依据。 As for new bottleneck to limit the transmission capacity of power grid caused by equipment's capacity in substation,the dynamic capacity-increase technology of substation equipments were studied,and the dynamic capacity-increase system was designed for substation equipments. Through collecting condition monitoring parameters such as the temperature and current of transformer,this paper calculated the load capacity of transformer according to the‘Guide for Oil Immersed Power Transformer Load'( GB/T 1094. 7) and the thermal equivalent circuit model of transformer. Then,the load capacities of circuit breaker,transformer and isolating switch in substation circuit after overload were checked by using current shunt algorithm. Combined with the operation mode of pow er grid and the risk assessment value,the running state and capacity-increase ability of substation equipment were analyzed and estimated. The pilot application shows that the calculation results of the system can provide a scientific basis for the operation of scheduling personnel.
