大规模储能系统辅助常规机组调频技术分析 被引量:43

Frequency Modulation Technology for Conventional Units Assisted by Large Scale Energy Storage System

摘要 由于新能源发电具有间歇性、随机性等特点,随着其装机容量的逐渐增大,电网调频备用容量不足的问题日益凸显。传统调频机组因其固有特性难以使实际出力与理论计算值相吻合,并且难以应对电力系统快速发展、新能源发电并网等引起的频率稳定问题。储能作为一种新兴技术,具有响应速度快、短时功率吞吐能力强、调节方向易改变等优点,可与常规调频技术相结合,作为电网调频的有效辅佐手段。该文立足于不同的实际电网情况进行储能容量配置研究,探索储能辅助传统机组调频的控制策略,为今后储能系统参与电网调频的工程应用提供一定的借鉴意义。 Due to the characteristics of new energy power generation: intermittent and variable,the reserve capacity deficiency issue of frequency modulation( FM) for power grid has become increasingly prominent,along with the gradual increase of the installed capacity. Traditional FMunits rarely achieve real-time equivalency of actual output with the theoretical values because of their inherent characteristics,and are difficult to deal with the problem of frequency stability caused by the rapid development of power system and the generation and paralleling in gird of new energy. Energy storage technology,as a new technology,has advantages of fast response speed,strong short-term pow er capacity,easy-changing adjust direction and so on,which can be combined with conventional FM technology and used as an effective assistant mean of power grid FM. This paper studied the capacity allocation of energy storage based on the actual situations of different grids; discussed the control strategy of traditional units' FM assisted by energy storage system,which could provide references for the engineering application of energy storage system in grid FM in future.
