摘要
目的:观察大黄素甲醚对大鼠抑郁模型海马单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:采用慢性轻度不可预见应激大鼠抑郁模型,进行开场实验和糖水消耗实验,用酶联免疫吸附法测定海马5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素的蛋白含量。结果:与模型组比较,大黄素甲醚(200mg/kg)能增加模型大鼠爬行格子数、站立次数及糖水消耗量,增加海马5-羟色胺、多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素的蛋白含量。结论:大黄素甲醚的抗抑郁作用可能是通过增加海马单胺类神经递质的含量。
Objective: To observe the effects of physcion on hippocampal monoamine neurotransmitter in depressive model of rat. Methods: Rat models were established by CUMS,The present study utilized open-field test and sucrose consumption test,ELISA was used to analyze the protein levels of monoamine neurotransmitter. Results: Compared with model group,physcion groups( 200 mg / kg) could increase model rats crawling grid number,number of standing and sugar water consumption,increase protein contents of 5-HT,DA,NE. Conclusion: Antidepressive effects of physcion mainly is due to increase contents of hippocampal monoamine neurotransmitter.
