摘要
目的:探讨红花黄色素注射液对颅脑损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用Feeney自由落体撞击装置制作大鼠颅脑损伤模型,观察给药后第3天、7天、14天各组大鼠脑含水量及血浆中白细胞介素6(IL-6)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果:红花黄色素注射液60mg/kg、30mg/kg组能够显著降低模型大鼠给药后第3天、7天、14天脑含水量,并明显降低IL-6、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及MDA含量,升高SOD含量。结论:红花黄色素注射液对于颅脑损伤具有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of safflower yellower injection on the traumatic brain injury rats. Methods: Feeney method were used to establish traumatic brain injury model in rats. The brain water content,IL-6,NSE,SOD and MDA in plasma were detected at the 3days,7days,14 days after adminstration with Safflower yellower injection( 60 mg / kg,30 mg / kg,15 mg / kg). Results : Safflower yellower injection( 60 mg / kg,30 mg / kg) significantly decreased the brain water content,reduced IL-6,NSE,MDA,and increased SOD in plasma at the3 days,7 days,14 days after adminstration obviously( P 〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01). Conclusion: Safflower yellower injection has obvious Protective effect on traumatic brain injury.
