摘要
目的:研究甘肃不同产地黄芩茎叶水煎液的抗炎作用。方法:采用1%角叉菜胶建立大鼠足肿胀模型、2%角叉菜胶建立大鼠胸膜炎模型,观察甘肃不同产地黄芩茎叶水煎液的抗炎活性。检测模型大鼠的足肿胀度及肿胀足中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量,检测胸膜炎大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量,探讨其抗炎作用。结果:致炎3h和4h时,不同产地黄芩茎叶水煎液(6g/kg)均能显著降低大鼠足肿胀度,均能降低大鼠足组织PGE2含量,其中漳县和陇西产黄芩茎叶的作用较强;不同产地黄芩茎叶水煎液(6g/kg)均能显著降低胸膜炎大鼠血清NO和TNF-α含量;其中其中漳县和陇西产黄芩茎叶的作用较强。结论:甘肃不同产地黄芩茎叶均有显著的抗炎作用,其中甘肃陇西、漳县产黄芩茎叶抗炎作用较优。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory effects on stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis from different areas of Gansu Province.Methods: Paw edema model and pleurisy model induced by carrageenan in rats were used for anti-inflammatory experiments. Paw swelling degrees and prostaglandin E2( PGE2) content in footpad were determined,and the content of nitric oxide( NO) and tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF-α) in serum of pleurisy rats were measured to explore the anti-inflammatory effect. Results: After given with stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis decoction by intragastric administration( 6g / kg),the rat paw swellings were reduced at 3h or 4h( P〈0. 05),and the content of PGE2 in rat paw tissue was decreased( P〈0. 05),The NO and TNF-α content in serum were significantly reduced the pleurisy rats( P〈0. 05),the effects of production of Zhangxian and Longxi are stronger( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: There was a significant anti-inflammation activity on stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis in different areas of Gansu Province,The anti-inflammatory effect of productions from Longxi and Zhangxian are better.
