风景区传统村落居民诉求与应对研究——以长屿硐天景区岙里村为例

Study on the Demands of Community Residents in Scenic Sites and Coping Strategies——A Case of Aoli Village in Wenling Changyu Cave Scenic Site

近年来,景村关系已成为我国风景名胜区普遍存在的焦点问题,同时也是影响风景区内新农村建设的重要问题。以位于浙江省温岭市长屿硐天景区内的岙里村为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,分析和总结传统村落居民在经济发展、社会发展、村镇建设、景村关系等方面的诉求,进而探讨相应的风景区传统村落经济、社会发展和风貌延续策略,即加强政府引导功能,发展特色村落经济;切实解决住房问题,有效改善居住环境;确保村落发展资金,保护乡土景观要素;居民参与决策管理,打造和谐景村关系。

In recent years,the relationship between famous scenic sites and communities in them has been an important issue in China.Taking Aoli Village in Changyu Cave Scenic Site,Wenling,China as the research object,the authors acquired the first-hand information of the development situation of Aolithrough field research,questionnaire survey and interviews.After investigating and analyzing the residents＇ demands on rural economic and social development,rural construction and the relationship between the scenic site and the village,this article comes up with the coping strategies for the development of the village,including developing characteristic agriculture,improving residents＇ dwelling environment,protecting the rural landscape,community participation,etc.
