摘要
通过对X70管线钢仪器化冲击曲线和冲击断口形貌的观察,对比分析了在不同温度条件下试件的冲击韧性。结果表明,随着试验温度的降低,裂纹形成功变化较小,裂纹扩展功和总冲击功呈下降趋势,裂纹扩展速度加快。以针状铁素体组织为主的X70管线钢在低温下具有较好的止裂能力,其韧脆转变温度在-80℃以下。
The impact toughness of the X70 pipeline steels was analyzed at different temperatures by analyzing impact instrumented curves and fracture morphologies.The results indicated that crack initiation energy changed lightly,while crack propagation energy and the total impact energy decreased with the decreasing of the experimental temperature,the crack propagation velocities accelerated.The X70 pipeline steels with the matrix of acicular ferrite showed good ability on arresting brittle fracture at low temperature,i.e.,ductile-brittle transition temperature was under -80 ℃.
