摘要
介绍了降低帘线钢改判率的生产实践.通过碳硫联测分析仪、电子探针、金相显微镜等研究了生产工艺对帘线钢网状碳化物的影响,结果表明:将连铸过热度控制在20~30℃,把精轧温度和吐丝温度分别提高20℃,同时增加入口段的辊道速度并优化前三段的速比,在一定程度上降低了网状碳化物的级别.工艺优化后,因网状碳化物造成帘线钢改判的改判率由15%降低至3%左右.
The process practice in reducing commuted rate of tire cord steel was introduced.The influence of technical process on netlike carbide level of tire cord steel were investigated by using Infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer,EPMA and the optical microscope.The results showed that netlike carbide level could be decreased by controlling overheating degree of liquid between 20 ℃ to 30 ℃,increasing finishing and laying temperature by 20 ℃ and increasing the entry speed as well as optimizing speed ratio at Stelmor cooling line.Practice showed that the commuted rate of tire cord steel decreased from 15% to 3%.
