经济转型对浙江省环境治理的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Economic Transformation on the Environmental Governance in Zhejiang Province

通过对经济结构转型影响因素的分解,运用浙江省11个地级市2001-2011年间的面板数据测度经济结构变化对环境治理的影响。研究发现,需求供给变量中的人均GDP、转型系数、资本劳动比(K/L),技术创新变量研发投入(R&D)、外商直接投资(FDI),国际贸易变量净出口总额(EX)均为显著,且系数关系能得到良好的解释。建议政府进一步加快产业结构调整进程,促进浙江省的经济转型;提高外商直接投资的投资质量,吸引外资进入浙江省的高技术产业;加大研发投入,提高浙江省的技术创新水平。

Through an analysis of the influence factors on the transformation of economic structure,this pa-per uses 1 1 prefecture-level cities’panel data in Zhejiang Province between 2001-201 1 to measure the impact of changes in the economic structure on environmental governance.The study shows that the per capita GDP of the demand and supply variables,the transformation coefficients,the capital-labor ratio （K/L）,the research and development investment in technological innovation variable （R＆amp;D）,foreign direct investment （FDI）,and international trade variable net exports （EX）are significant,and there is a good explanation for the coefficient relation.It is suggested that the government should further accelerate the process of industrial structure adjust-ment and promote the economic restructuring in Zhejiang province,improve the quality of the foreign direct in-vestment and attract foreign capital to enter the high-tech industries in Zhejiang province,and increase invest-ment in research and development and improve the level of technology innovation in Zhejiang province.
