经济转型升级背景下我国就业增长与要素配置关系研究

摘要 通过规模、结构和技术三条路径分析了人力资本与物质资本要素配置对就业增长的影响机理,即不同层次人力资本推动的技术进步、人力资本与物质资本要素总量和结构配置这三个因素的就业效应。认为人力资本与物质资本要素总量和结构配置有效性提升可以增加就业,反之则会抑制就业增长;人力资本推动的技术进步对就业既有补偿效应又有破坏效应,影响结果取决于两种效应的大小比较。并在上述分析基础上提出促进就业的相关建议。 This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the factor allocation of human capital and physical capital on employment growth from three ways, namely scale, structure and technology. In other words, it ana- lyzes the employment effect of three factors which are the technological progress promoted by human capital of different levels, the total factor amount of human capital and material capital, and their structural allocation. The study shows that the effective enhancement of the total factor amount of human capital and material capital and their structural allocation could increase employment, otherwise the employment increase would be restrain- ed; and the technological progress promoted by human capital could exert both compensation effect and damage effect on employment, and the result is decided by the degree comparison between the two effects. At last, based on the above analysis, some relevant suggestions are put forward for promoting employment.
