创业型大学视角下高校辅导员素质能力提升研究

A Study on the Enhancement of Quality and Ability of University Counselors from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial University

分析了企业型大学视角下高校辅导员应具备的素质及当前高校辅导员工作现状与创业型大学模式之间存在的差距。给出提高高校辅导员整体素质的路径:政府和高校要加强对辅导员创业型工作模式和理念的培养;教育主管部门要明晰创业型大学辅导员角色定位和发展方向;高校要进一步明确创业型辅导员的岗位职责和考核体系;辅导员要进一步加强工作交流和科研、实践锻炼,旨在提升高校辅导员的整体素质。

This paper analyzes, from the perspective of entrepreneurial university, the quality and ability that college counselors should have, as well as the current gap between the work of university counselors and the entrepreneurial university model. Ways for improving the overall quality of college counselors are provided： the government and universities should strengthen the cultivation of counselors＇ entrepreneurial working mode and concept. The competent department of education should specify the entrepreneurial university counselors＇ role and development channels. Colleges and universities should further make clear the entrepreneurial counselors＇ responsibility and evaluation system. At the same time, the counselors should strengthen work communication, scientific research and practice, in order to enhance the overall quality of university counselors.
