皖南地区公共体育服务发展现状与对策研究

Present Situation of Public Sports Service Development in Southern Anhui and Related Research

介绍了皖南地区公共体育服务的发展现状及存在的问题,并对居民参与公共体育服务活动的情况进行了问卷调查.研究认为:居民参与公共体育服务活动的场地和基础设施不完善,主观参与度不高,参与次数与时间不足,缺乏一定的组织和技术指导等.针对存在的问题提出如下对策:加强政府职能监管和政策保障;将公共体育服务体系纳入整体规划;提升资金来源和现有资源利用率;加强专业人才队伍的培养和建设;开展多元化的公共体育服务体系等.

The paper introduces present situation and existing problems of public sports service development southern Anhui and makes questionnaire survey on the situation of residents to participate in the activities of public sports service .The result shows：places and infrastructures are imperfect for residents to participate in the activi-ties,less subjective participation,insufficient participation frequency and time,and the lack of certain organiza-tional and technical guidance.To solve those problems ,the paper puts forward the following related measures：strengthening the functions of the government regulation and policy guarantee;Bringing the public sports service system into the overall plan;Improving the utilization ratio of financial and the existing resource ;Strengthening the cultivation of professional talent teams ;Carrying out the diversification of public sports service system etc.
