摘要
本文通过在菏泽市中小学随机选取的300名教师,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、心理症状量表(SCL-90)进行施测,发现小学教师的心理健康状况最差,自我效能在社会支持和心理健康之间存在部分中介作用.
Three hundred teachers from primary and secondary schools in Heze were randomly selected to an-swer the SSRS,GSES,and SCL -90.It is found that the mental health condition of primary school teachers is the worst,and self -efficacy has an incomplete mediating effect between social support and mental health.
