建设保税燃料油加注基地是舟山群岛新区建设重点内容,也是加快舟山港转型升级的重要举措。舟山港要充分发挥地理优势、港口优势、硬件优势和物流优势,克服企业数量较少、价格缺乏竞争力、油品不够丰富、金融发展滞后等劣势,采取针对性措施,切实提升舟山港的核心竞争力。

Construction of Bonded fuel oil charging base is one of the key points of development of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, and also an important measure of transformation and upgrading of Zhoushan Port. Zhoushan Port should exploit the geographical advantage, port advantage, hardware advantage and logistics advantage in order to overcome the disadvantages of small enterprise size, uncompetitive price, insufficient oil and financial development lag. And then the paper makes corresponding measures to conscientiously improve the core competitive power of Zhoushan Port.
