国外铁路科技创新模式的特点及启示 被引量:4

摘要 从科技项目组织、协同创新、基础投入等方面,分析了国外铁路科技创新模式的主要特点,并立足借鉴国外经验、推动我国铁路科技创新与发展,从构建运输企业主导的铁路科技创新体系、加强国家对基础和战略性研究的支持、合理布局行业协同创新平台、推动科技成果转化、加大科技创新投入等方面,总结了相关启示。
