注射用血塞通联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Injection Xuesaitong Combined with Pancreatic Kininogenase for Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

目的应用血塞通联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）疗效观察。方法选取2003~2013年住院的糖尿病肾病病例共62例,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予血塞通联合胰激肽原酶;对照组应用血塞通。比较两组治疗前、后血肌酐清除率（Ccr）,肾功能及24 h尿蛋白定量（24-UP）的变化。结果两组治疗后,临床症状均有改善,Ccr升高,血BUN、24-UP及Scr均降低,但联合用药后差异更为显著。结论血塞通联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病肾病较单独应用血塞通疗效更显著,且疗程明显缩短,可以临床普及治疗应用。

Objective To study the curative effect of injection Xuesaitong combined with Kallidinogenase in treat- ment of diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 62 cases of diabetic nephropathy were were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group during 2003 ~ 2013 years. The treatment group was given Xuesaitong combined with pancre- atic kininogenase and the control group only used xuesaitong. Blood creatinine clearance rate （ Ccr）, renal function, and 24 h urinary protein （24 - UP） changes were observed before and after treatment of the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of all cased were improved, and There were different significant about the increase of Ccr, blood BUN, 24 - UP and decrease Scr in the incombination groups. Conclusions Xuesaitong combined with Kal- lidinogenase can shorten the course of treatment and improve curative effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and could be popularization application.
