老年乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后对免疫功能及血红蛋白的影响

目的研究老年乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前后对免疫功能及血红蛋白的影响。方法选择2011年5月入院接受治疗的80例乳腺癌老年患者为研究对象,所有患者均属于癌症Ⅱ,Ⅲ期。将所有患者随机分为新辅助化疗组和常规化疗组。新辅助化疗组患者采用长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,+表阿霉素再+CTX一共分4个周期进行,14天为一个周期;另外常规化疗组手术治疗。患者均在治疗前行淋巴结前翘穿刺,检测血红蛋白,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8淋巴细胞。结果两组患者白细胞、血红蛋白在治疗前后无显著差异,经淋巴结活检显示,新辅助化疗组未见淋巴结转移。结论新辅助化疗对老年乳腺癌患者血液和免疫功能具有可恢复性,治疗效果较好,可使患者的病理得到明显缓解。

Conclusions The new ad- juvant chemotherapy in older patients with breast cancer of the blood and immune function influence function are easy, but it has the better treatment effect, relative than traditional surgery, can make a patient＇s pathological got a lot of ease.
