护理人员风险评估表在临床工作中的意义

目的研究应用护理人员风险评估表在临床工作中的现实意义。方法在2013年3月~2014年3月应用护理人员风险评估表,从客观因素和主观因素对我科护理人员进行风险评估。结果通过对护理人员风险评估,促进了临床工作防范措施的建立,有效减少了护理纠纷事件,总体提成了护理水平,对临床工作的顺利开展有积极地促进作用。护理风险事件发生率降低,风险护理人数减少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理人员风险评估表的应用,有效地提升了护理人员自身的护理风险意识,增强了护理风险防范能力,最大化的降低了护理纠纷的发生率,对临床工作有重要的意义。

Objective To study the clinical application of nursing risk assessment in the work of the practical signifi- cance. Methods From March 2013 to March 2013 during my application department nurses risk assessment table, from objective and subjective factors to me conduct the risk assessment of nursing staff. Results By families and nursing staff risk assessment to me, and promoted the establishment of the clinical work and preventive measures, effectively reduce nursing disputes, the overall cut the nursing level, is actively for the clinical work smoothly. Reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, the number of nursing risk is reduced, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Con- clusions The nursing personnel application of risk assessment, effectively improve the nursing personnel＇s own risk awareness, strengthen the nursing risk prevention capacity, maximum reduces the incidence of nursing disputes, has an important significance for clinical work.
