复发-缓解型多发性硬化胼胝体“形似正常区”微细结构损害

摘要 胼胝体是连接大脑双侧半球、皮质和皮质下最大的连合纤维,由多种粗细不同、髓鞘厚薄不一的纤维组成。多发性硬化(MS)作为以白质脱髓鞘改变为主要病理特点的自身免疫性疾病,胼胝体是最常受累的部位之一。常规磁共振技术在MS诊断、评估预后方面应用广泛,但难以发现白质纤维早期的、微细结构的损害。
