60岁以上心脏瓣膜置换同期射频消融术患者的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of over 60 years old patients with cardiac valve replacement combined with radiofrequency ablation

目的总结26例60岁以上心脏瓣膜置换同期房颤射频消融术患者围术期的护理要点。方法术前做好合并症的护理,完善各项准备工作改善患者心肺功能;术后加强病情观察,维持内环境平衡,纠正各种诱因引起的心律失常;做好出院健康指导,提高患者疾病自我管理能力。结果 26例患者术后恢复良好并顺利出院,出院时维持窦性心律21例、房颤心律5例。结论围术期严密的病情观察和细致的护理措施,可使心脏外科手术的老年患者平稳度过危险期,促进机体顺利康复。

Objective To summarize the key points of perioperative nursing of 26 patients over 60 years old with cardiac valve replacement combined with radiofrequency ablation.Methods Nursing of preoperative complications were carried out and preparation was completed to improve the cardio-pulmonary function of patients.Reinforcing postoperative observation of disease,maintaining equilibrium of internal environment and rectifying arrhythmia were carried out.Besides,discharge health guidance was conducted to improve patients＇ self-management ability.Results All the 26 patients recovered well after operation and were discharged smoothly,there were 21 patients with sinus rhythm,and patients with atrial fibrillation rhythm.Conclusion The rigorous perioperative observation and careful nursing make senile patients with cardiac surgery operation make the patients pass the risk period smoothly and promote their recovery.
