心胸外科微创手术实施健康教育护理方式的应用效果评价 被引量:17

摘要 目的评价本院接受心胸外科微创手术治疗的患者在后期护理阶段应用健康教育所取得的效果。方法选取本院接受心胸外科手术治疗的患者76例,按随机化原则分为常规护理组和干预护理组,分别进行常规的临床护理以及健康教育的护理。并根据患者疾病发展情况进行护理效果评价。结果干预护理组满意度明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05);干预护理组患者在心理、精神、社会功能以及物质生活等生活质量方面显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预护理组的住院时间及花费均显著少于、低于常规护理组,且干预护理组健康知识得分达标率高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对患者实施有效的健康教育能够提高护理质量及治疗效果,提升生活质量,加快患者康复。 Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in nursing of patients with minimally invasive surgery in our hospital in cardiothoracic surgery department.Methods A total of 76 patients in our hospital undergoing cardiothoracic surgery were divided into routine nursing group and intervention nursing group according to randomization principle and the two groups were respectively given routine clinical nursing and health education nursing.And the nursing effect was evaluated according to the patient 's disease condition.Results The satisfaction of intervention nursing group was higher than that in the control group(P〈 0.05),and the quality of life in psychology,mentality,social function and physical life in the intervention nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significance(P〈 0.01).The expense and hospitalization time in the intervention nursing group were shorter and less than that in the routine nursing group,and standard reaching rate of health education in the intervention nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,which showed significant difference in two groups(P〈 0.01).Conclusion The implementation of effective health education can improve the nursing quality and treatment efficacy,enhance quality of life and accelerate recovery of patients.
