循证护理用于外科腹腔镜手术的护理效果评价

Effect evaluation of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨循证护理在外科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择腹腔镜手术患者180例,分为研究组与对照组各90例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,研究组患者采取循证护理措施。结果研究组患者术中出血量及手术时间显著少于对照组,研究组术后肩痛、腹胀、尿潴留、恶心呕吐、血压下降等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对护理工作的总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对外科腹腔镜手术患者应用循证护理干预,可有效减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理满意率,保障护理质量,适于临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 180 laparoscopic surgery patients were divided into study group and control group with 90 cases in each group.The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group and evidence-based nursing measures were taken in the study group.Results The intraoperative hemorrhage,operation time and the blooding volume in the study group were significantly less than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative shoulder pain,abdominal distention,urinary retention,nausea and vomiting,decreased blood pressure of tin he study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.The total satisfaction on nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and guarantee the quality of nursing,so it is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
