个性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病感染防控护理中的应用研究

Application study of personalized nursing and health education in infection prevention and control of children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨个性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病感染防控中的护理效果。方法选取小儿手足口病患儿120例,分为实验组与对照组各60例,其中对照组采用常规护理防控感染,实验组采用个性化护理配合健康教育,对2组患儿的皮疹消退情况以及康复情况进行密切观察及比较。结果实验组中痊愈患儿45例,有效患儿12例,总有效率95.0%;对照组中痊愈患儿28例,有效患儿23例,总有效率85.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿皮疹消退平均时间为3.2 d;对照组患儿皮疹消退平均时间为5.8 d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿疾病痊愈时间平均值为7.2 d;对照组患儿疾病痊愈时间平均值为11.7 d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理配合健康教育可有效提高手足口病患儿的有效治愈率,缩短治疗时间,减少患儿痛苦,值得临床上广泛采用。

Objective To explore nursing effect of personalized nursing and health education in infection prevention and control of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 120 children with hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD） were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group applied routine nursing to prevent and control infection,the experimental group received individualized nursing combined with health education,and the regression of rash and rehabilitation of two groups were closely monitored and compared.Results There were 45 cases recovered in the experimental group with 12 effective patients,and overall efficacy rate was 95.0%.There were 28 recovered children in the control group with 23 effective cases,the total effective rate was 85.0%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The average time the rash remission in the experimental group was 3.2days and 5.8 days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The average diseases healing time of the experimental group was 7.2 days and 11.7 days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Personalized nursing and health education can effectively improve the cure rate,shorten the treatment time,and reduce the suffering of children,so it is worthy of widely clinical practice.
