透明细胞(管状)乳头状肾细胞癌1例报道 被引量：5

摘要 透明细胞（管状）乳头状肾细胞癌（clear cell tubulopapilary renal cell carcinoma,CCPRCC）是一种近几年刚认识的肾细胞癌,WHO（2004）泌尿系统肿瘤分类中,未见此型.2012年ISUP温哥华肾细胞癌分类共识中,已被明确列为肾细胞癌新类型之一.先前文献中报道的肾血管肌腺瘤样肿瘤（RAT）除具有显著的平滑肌样间质外,在形态学和免疫组化上与CCPRCC一致,目前绝大多数学者认为,二者是同一种肿瘤[1].CCPRCC由Tickoo等[2]于2006年首次报道,起初认为它主要见于终末期肾病,后来发现也可见于非肾病[3,4].CCPRCC因其独特的蛋白表达谱、遗传学特点和生物学行为而被认为是一种独立的肾细胞癌类型,近年来英文文献中有一些病例报道,但国内尚未见报道.在此我们报道1例CCPRCC,通过分析其临床病理学特点并结合文献,以期增加对CCPRCC的认识.
