摘要
选用940系列卡波姆树脂制成凝胶介质模拟水泥净浆的流变特征;通过添加适量透明玻璃微珠模拟水泥砂浆细骨料组分,应用旋转黏度计分析模拟介质与原型材料流变参数的相似性,证明卡波姆凝胶介质模拟水泥浆体流变性完全可行,为水泥砂浆介质流变性的可视化试验研究奠定了基础.
Gel medium made from 940 series Carbomer resin was selected to simulate rheological character- istics of cement paste, and the fine aggregate component of mortar was simulated by adding a proper a- mount of transparent glass beads in it. The similarity of simulation medium and theological parameters of prototype material was analyzed by applying rotational viscometer. It can be proved that the rheological property of cement paste to be simulated by Carbomer gel medium is completely feasible, which may lay a foundation for visualization of experimental studv of cement mortar medium rheology.
